Before you call
Please have all quantities and sizes ready before you order to ensure speedy, accurate processing of your order. We begin working on it right away. Any additions, subtractions or changes made to the order after the end of the business day on which you placed the order will be made only at our discretion. Such orders may be subject to a $15 processing fee.
To order by mail or fax

5. You will be called or faxed with the order total within one business day.
6. Non School Faculty must pre-pay or have a school Purchase Order #.

We are committed to providing quality sportswear. If there are defects in our garments or printing, we will replace the defective garments at no charge. Proof of defect (photo/sample) may be required. We will either replace or refund missing garments at our discretion. Sorry, no refunds for color or size variation. Please order accordingly.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Ares ships all merchandise at prices in effect at time of ordering. We release catalogs each year on Oct. 1.

Sample and return policy
All customers may order samples of blank garments to ensure they get exactly what they want. Unlimited samples are available for full price. Customers may return samples under certain conditions. Please inspect blank garments before decorating.
- Only two items per style may be returned.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items to defray Ares' handling and shipping costs back to vendors.
- Items that have extended turnaround times because of their custom nature may not be returned.
- Samples can be returned only if paid for by credit card at the time the order is placed.
- Items returned in unusable condition will not be refunded
- We must receive returned samples within 30 days of order. Returns received after 30 will not be refunded.
- If subsequent order is placed over $500, the restocking fee is waived.
- Customer is responsible to pay for return shipping.
- Customers will receive refunds in the form of account credit unless they specify a monetary refund.
