What forms of payment can I use?


You can use any major credit card, purchase order, money order, or check. And for qualified customers we can extend 30-day billing terms.


Can I get a screenprint if I have under 12 people on my team?


We have the website set with minimums of 12 for screen printing. We can do a minimum of 6 pieces for screenprints. If you are interested in pricing please call our toll free number 800-439-8614 or e-mail at info@areswear.com.


Are rush services available?


Yes, we can rush orders depending on our production schedule. All rushes are subject to additional fees and are determined on a case by case basis.


Are two color screen-prints available on bags?


No, all bags need to be limited to a one color screen-print due to high temperatures in the drying process. The bag has to be dried seperately for each individual color and when being dried multiple times, melting and burning of the garment can occur.


Am I able to send in a custom mascot or design to have printed/embroidered on my garments?


Yes,though our website is not currently capable of uploading custom images, we do accept custom mascots and designs. If you have a custom mascot/design that you'd like us to re-create, please call our toll free number 800-439-8614 or e-mail at info@areswear.com. Please note that all custom artwork is subject to additional fees.


Can I view a list of available fonts?


Yes, click here to see our fonts available for screenprint and vinyl.


What should I do if my login information is not working?


To reset your password, either click here, or click "log in" and then "I forgot my password". If that does not work or you would rather talk to a human, contact us at 800-439-8614 or info@areswear.com and request to have your password reset.


A notice popped up saying that my order could be delayed due to "Backorder". How long is this delay?


Backorders occur sometimes when stock is low in a particular item. These delays vary based on the product and availability from the vendor. For more information, or to find out about a specific product's backorder duration, please contact customer service.


I can't find a specific item on the website.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?


Yes, we ship to Army Post Office and Fleet Post Office addresses. Orders to APO/FPO addresses ship via USPS. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date because of the extra care involved with these shipments. However, we can guarantee your order will ship from our warehouses in 8 days or less.


Currently our website is not capable of processing APO/FPO addresses. Please set up your order online and select the "Save For later" option next to the "Checkout" button in the shopping cart. You will be provided with a quote number immediately. Contact us with your quote number to finalize your order via email at info@areswear.com or toll free at 800-439-8614.
